No trial versions are available for any of our products. Please ensure you thoroughly read all product details and ensure compatibility before making a purchase.
When You Are Eligible for a Refund
If you purchase any of our PC panels and encounter issues, such as:
- The panel not opening
- The panel not working
- Application failures
You are eligible to claim a refund. However, a refund will only be granted if our support staff is unable to resolve the issue on your PC.
When You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund
- Phone-related products - Refunds will not be provided for phone-related products
- PC specifications issues - If the problem is due to your PC's specifications or settings, such as crashes after running the panel
- Personal preference - If you simply do not like the panel
- After refund window - Refunds requested after 1-2 days of purchase

Sometimes, certain things may take longer than expected, so please wait until we are done. We will provide further instructions in the update section, so make sure to follow those.
Important: Do not ping repeatedly otherwise rules will be applied strongly.
Once a purchase is made, a refund can only be claimed if the panel does not function/work on your PC.
